Wanyang Dai is a Distinguished Professor in Nanjing University, Chief Scientist in Su Xia Control Technology. He is the President & CEO of (Blockchain & Quantum-Computing) SIR Forum, President of Jiangsu Probability & Statistical Society, Chairman of Jiangsu BigData-Blockchain and Smart Information Special Committee. He received his Ph.D. in mathematics and systems & industrial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in USA. He was an MTS and principal investigator in U.S. based AT&T Bell Labs (currently Nokia Bell Labs) with some project won “Technology Transfer” now called cloud system. He was the Chief Scientist in DepthsData Digital Economic Research Institute. He published numerous influential papers in big name journals including Journal of Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Probability in the Engineering and Informational Sciences, Quantum Information Processing, Operations Research, Operational Research, Queueing Systems, Computers & Mathematics with Applications, Communications in Mathematical Sciences, Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics, Mathematical and Computer Modelling of Dynamical Systems. He received various academic awards and has presented over 70 keynote/plenary speeches in IEEE/ACM, big data and cloud computing, artificial intelligence and robot, quantum computing and communication technology, computational and applied mathematics, biomedical engineering, mathematics & statistics, and other international conferences. He has been serving as IEEE/ACM conference chairs, editors-in-chief and editorial board members for various international journals ranging from artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, wireless communication, pure mathematics & statistics to their applications. He is an Editor of AIMS Mathematics, the Guest Editor of MDPI Mathematics Special Issue of Probability Statistics, a Guest Editor of (Springer Journal) Mobile Networks and Applications, an Associate Editor of (Elsevier Journal) Results in Applied Mathematics, and an Associate Editor of Quantum Research.

Prof. Ling-Feng Shi is a leading expert in sensor signal processing, navigation and positioning, wireless communication, and radar signal processing. He holds a Ph.D. from Xidian University and currently serves as Dean at its College of Electrical Engineering. He has over 25 years of academic and research experience, including visiting scholar positions at LG Corp. in South Korea and the University of Glasgow in the UK. Prof. Shi is a Senior Member of IEEE and has served as an editor and guest editor for journals such as IEEE Open Journal of Instrumentation & Measurement and Applied Sciences (MDPI). He has authored over 130 academic publications, including more than 90 SCI-indexed papers and 31 IEEE journal articles. His work has led to 19 national invention patents, and he has published two textbooks and an English monograph. Prof. Shi has been honored with multiple scientific awards, including two second prizes for provincial science and technology progress and an Outstanding Teacher Award from Xidian University.

Prof. Dieter Schuöcker is a globally recognized expert in high-power laser systems and nonconventional production technologies. With over 50 years of experience, he has contributed to both academic research and industrial laser development. He founded the Austrian Laser Association and EuroLaser Academy, chaired multiple international symposia, and authored six books, including his 2023 release on advanced laser technologies. His work spans laser-assisted bending, 3D printing with lasers, and the development of innovative CO₂ laser systems.

Dr. Jorge Roberto Oliva UC is currently a member of SNI level 2. He has been the leader of one international UC-MEXUS project, which was carried out in collaboration with Prof. Qibing Pei at UCLA during 2018 to 2022. Currently Prof. Oliva is responsible of one project with the industry, which consists in the development of new types of eco-friendly electrolytes for industrial batteries. Among other academic achievements, he has been guest editor of Elsevier's "material letters" journal in 2021. He has been invited to be guest editor for "coatings" journal (MDPI) from 2022 to 2024. Prof. Oliva was the main organizer of the international congress "2020 Express Conference on the Physics of Materials and its application in Energy and Environment". He has also been organizing committee for science fairs in the state of Coahuila (physics experiments and rocket launch contest) from 2020 to 2024. Dr. Oliva has also been invited as an international reviewer for research projects in Poland (2021), Argentina (2021) and Switzerland (2022). He has received state awards from COPOCYT located in San Luis Potosí as well as the national award named CATEDRA MARCOS MOSHINSKY from UNAM. He has published +180 articles and have +3000 citations.

Dr. Zhihong Li is an Associate Professor at Wenzhou University, China, where he also serves as the Academic Vice Dean of Rui'an Graduate School. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and a Member of Optica (formerly OSA), the Optical Society of Zhejiang Province, China, and CAAI. He is a Guest Editor for the journal Photonics, and an Editorial Board Member for Frontiers in Sensors. His research has led to several advancements in optical fiber sensing, particularly in fiber grating devices, fiber surface waves, fiber optics/waveguide theory, and fiber lasers. He has published over 60 peer-reviewed papers and holds 18 patents. He has led 11 research projects, serving as Principal Investigator (PI) or Co-Principal Investigator (Co-PI).

Xenia Bogomolec is an information security specialist with a background in Mathematics and IT. In the past years, she was mostly responsible for the coordination and QA of cybersecurity and governance in highly regulated organizations. Since 2022, she also steers Quant-ID ( https://Quant-id.de), a consortium project for the implementation of digital identities that are resistant to Quantum attacks. The Quant-ID team also performs an entropy validation of quantum optical phenomena according to BSI criteria. The project is funded by the German Government.

Smain Femmam is Director of research at the University of Haute-Alsace France and responsible of the Research team on Signals & Safety Systems of Polytechnic Engineers School Sceaux France. He received the MS and Ph.D. degrees in Signal Processing and Computers from Versailles University, France in 1997 and 1999 respectively. Since 2013 he is promoted to a rank of senior director of research (HDR). After that, he joined the CMU Carnegie Mellon University & West Virginia University as Postdoc Fellow and Distinguished Visiting Professor. His main research area is signal processing, safety systems, communication and embedded systems. He has a strong interest in perception and characterization of signals, optimal filtering, spectral analysis, wavelets and perception haptics. Dr. Femmam is a senior member of IEEE, SEE and GDR ISIS. Member of IEEE C.A. committee France section. Board of Director of the Institute for Engineering and Technology Innovations in the World. He has guided numerous thesis projects, including some doctoral theses. He is active reviewer for several scientific academic journals and committee member of international conferences. He is the (Academic, Chief) Editor-in-Chief, Editor, Editorial Board, Guest Editor & Advisory Board members of more than 20 International Journals. He has authored and co-authored more than 90 papers, four Chapters, one edited Book, seven Books published by Wiley & Elsevier.
