- Originality and Innovation: The uniqueness and creativity of the work presented.
- Scientific Rigor: The depth, methodology, and validity of the research.
- Presentation Skills: Clarity, structure, visual impact (for posters), and engagement with the audience.
- Relevance and Impact: The importance of the research to its field and potential real-world applications.
- Young Researcher Award: Applicants must be under 35 years of age as of the conference date.

All award candidates must be registered participants and must present their work during the conference to be eligible.
Final winners will be announced during the Awards & Certificate Distribution Ceremony, which will be held on the last day of the conference along with the conference conclusion.
