At Creovate Conferences, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require attendees to modify their plans. Our flexible yet structured cancellation policy ensures fairness to all participants while maintaining the integrity of our event planning.

  1. Cancellation by Attendee
    • Before 90 Days of Conference Start Date: 75% refund of the registration fee (processing charges apply).
    • Between 90 and 45 Days Prior: 50% refund of the registration fee.
    • Within 45 Days of Conference: No refunds will be issued, but attendees may transfer their registration to another person or to the upcoming series.
  2. Transfer of Registration
    • If unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another eligible participant up to 7 days before the event.
    • Requests must be sent in writing to the conference team with the new participant's details.
  3. Conference Cancellation or Rescheduling
    • In the rare event of conference cancellation by Creovate Conferences, registered participants will receive a full refund or an option to apply their registration fee toward a future event.
    • If the conference is rescheduled, participants will have the option to attend on the new dates or request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement.
  4. No-Show Policy
    • If a participant fails to attend the conference without prior notification, no refund or credit will be provided.
  5. Special Circumstances
    • Refund requests due to medical emergencies or travel restrictions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documents may be required.
  6. Refund Processing Time
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days after confirmation.
    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise requested.
