Prof. Dr. Gülbu Tanrıverdi is a Professor of Public Health Nursing at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. Having completed her education in both nursing and sociology, Tanrıverdi is recognized as one of the pioneering academics in the field of transcultural nursing in Türkiye. She has edited seven books, authored more than 40 book chapters, and published over 80 scientific articles in this field. Tanrıverdi introduced the “Environment-Focused Cultural Competence Model,” the first nursing model developed in Türkiye, to the literature. She has delivered national and international seminars on cultural competence and cultural sensitivity, contributing to the development of culture-based care approaches in nursing, midwifery, and health sciences. For her work in transcultural nursing, she received the FTNSS Award, which was granted to a nurse in Türkiye for the first time. As the first faculty member of her department, Tanrıverdi served as department chair for many years and has also held several administrative positions, including directorships, ethics committee memberships, and numerous academic, scientific, and administrative commission roles. She was actively involved for many years in the ÇOMÜ Women’s Studies Application and Research Center and currently serves as a member. She is also the founding chair of the Transcultural Nursing Association in Çanakkale.

Dr Kieran Breen is Head of Research and Development at St Andrew's Healthcare, one of the UK's largest specialist mental health providers, where he leads a research strategy built around precision medicine and personalised healthcare. With more than 30 years' experience spanning neuroscience, medicines regulation and healthcare innovation, he is committed to tailoring care to the individual patient and translating research into measurable clinical benefit. Central to his work is the responsible use of patient data in mental health research. Dr Breen has long championed the development and utilisation of patient data registries, enabling large-scale, real-world evidence to inform diagnosis, patient stratification and treatment decisions. Dr. Lior Shaltiel is an awarded executive and scientist with a wealth of multidisciplinary international experience, specializing in innovative drug delivery systems. Since 2021, serving as the CEO and Director at NurExone Biologic Inc., an Canadian-Israeli biopharmaceutical company (TSXV:NRX) (OTCQB: NRXBF) at the forefront of utilizing advanced exosome technologies for the treatment of Spinal Cord Injury and traumatic nerve injury indications through minimally invasive administration. Shin Kawamata studied physics at Kyoto University, Japan (1975-1981) and medicine at Kobe University, Japan (1984-1990). He started his career as a medical doctor (hematology) and received a Ph.D. degree from Kyoto University (1998). He developed various human leukemia models in SCID mice in his post-doctoral period at Systemix Co., Palo Alto USA, and Stanford University (1999-2001). He became the chief scientist of Regenerative Medicine Research Unit and the general manager of the Cell Processing Facility at Foundation for Biomedical Research and Innovation (FBRI) (2002-2014) and the Director of R&D Center for Cell Therapy (RDC) (2015-2023). Dr Badgaiyan is Professor and Chairman of the Department of Psychiatryat Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He completed psychiatry residency training at Harvard Medical School and worked as a member of faculty at Harvard Medical School for over 10 years. He then moved to other academic centers to gain experience of leadership. He worked as the Chairman of psychiatry department at a Mt Sinai Hospital in New York city, Chief of Psychiatry at South Texas Veterans Healthcare Systemin San Antonio and Chairman of Psychiatry at Case Western Reserve University before moving back to Texas. As a leader he was instrumental in growing academic and clinical activities of departments and made the departments financially viable. Heis international expert in neuroimaging and is widely known for developing aunique brain imaging technique for detection, mappingand measurement ofneurotransmitters released acutely in the human brain during the brain processing of mental activities. His research is focused primarily on addiction and dysregulation of dopamine neurotransmission in psychiatric and neurological conditions. Dr Badgaiyan hasreceived several prizes and awards including theprestigious Solomon Prize of Harvard University and B.K.Anand National Research Prize in India. Dr Badgaiyan is recipient of many multimillion dollar research grants. He has published over 300 peer-reviewed scientific papers and works as the Editor-in-Chief of several per-reviewed international journals. He is the author of a popular book, ‘Neuroscience of the Nonconscious Mind’published by Elsevier/Academic Press.

Dr. Rainier Nery Mozo, MD, FPCP, FPCHA, MMHA is a Philippine internal-medicine physician and healthcare leader working at the intersection of genomic, precision, and regenerative medicine. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Genomic Medicine and Healthcare (with Merit) from the University of South Wales and is a Fellow of the Philippine College of Physicians, with membership in the American and European Societies of Human Genetics, the International Society for Cell & Gene Therapy (ISCT), and the International Society for Stem Cell Application (ISSCA). He serves as President & CEO of Clearbridge Health Philippines, Co-Founder of the Philippine Institute of Regenerative and Innovative Medicine, and Associate Professor of Internal Medicine and Medical Research at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (University of the City of Manila) College of Medicine. Thomas H. Jensen has served as Chief Executive Officer of Allarity Therapeutics, Inc. since December 2023 and has been a member of the Board of Directors since July 2022. He has been involved with the Company since its founding in 2004, holding leadership roles across technology, laboratory operations, investor relations, financing, and business development. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and previously led the Company’s technology functions, including as Chief Technology Officer. Dr. Bernd Blobel studied Mathematics, Technical Cybernetics and Electronics, Bio-Cybernetics, Physics, Medicine and Informatics at the University of Magdeburg and other universities in the former GDR. He received his PhD in Physics with a neurophysiological study. Furthermore, he performed the Habilitation (qualification as university professor) in Medicine and Informatics. He was Head of the Institute for Biometrics and Medical Informatics at the University of Magdeburg, and thereafter Head of the Health Telematics Project Group at the Fraunhofer IIS in Erlangen. Thereafter, he acted until his retirement as Head of the German National eHealth Competence Center as well as Head of the globally unique International Interdisciplinary PhD and PostDoc Collegeat the University of Regensburg. He was and is still leadingly involved in many countries health digitalization as well as electronic health record strategy. He published more than 600 papers, published/edited many books and supervised a big number of PhD students from all around the world. He was German Representative to many SDOs such as HL7, ISO, CEN, OMG, IEEE, ASTM, SNOMED, etc., also chairing the national mirror groups. Kenneth Blum, PhD is Chairman of the Kenneth Blum Behavioral & Neurogenetic Institute, Austin, Texas, USA, and an internationally recognized neuroscientist, pharmacologist, and pioneer in neurogenetics, precision psychiatry, and addiction medicine. His research has significantly advanced the understanding of the genetic and neurobiological mechanisms underlying Reward Deficiency Syndrome (RDS), dopamine signaling, addiction, and brain reward pathways. In 2005 Sirma Todorova Angelova gained a Master degree at the University of Economics in Varna, Bulgaria and in 2011- a Master Degree of Dental Medicine at the Medical University Varna. From 2011 to 2018 she worked as an Assistant-Professor and since 2018 as a Chief Assistant-Professor at Medical University-Varna. In 2015 Angelova gained a Certificate of Specialization of Pediatric Dentistry. In 2017 she gained a postgraduate degree with the independent research: “Caries Risk Assessment and Prevention in Children Suffering from Some Renal Disorders”. In 2019 was issued her monograph “Epigenetic and Genetic Aspects of Oral Health in Children with Pyelonephritis”. In 2024 Sirma Angelova has held an academic degree of Associate Professor at Pediatric Dentistry at the Faculty of Dental Medicine, Medical University Varna. Angelova authored and co-authored more than 95 papers and reports and participated in more than 70 scientific congresses. Dr. Kadhim Alabady is an accomplished public health and epidemiology consultant with over 25 years of leadership experience across academic institutions, international agencies, and national health systems. He is a Fellow of the Faculty of Public Health (UK) and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. Sima Ataollahi Eshkoor is a medical doctor with a PhD in Human Genetics from Universiti Putra Malaysia (2011) and extensive experience in healthcare and biomolecular research. She has published extensively on a range of disorders, including cognitive impairment and cancer. Her highly cited publication on mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in the Journal of Clinical Interventions in Aging has received over 600 citations, reflecting its significant impact on the field. With clinical experience in neurology, internal medicine, and age-related diseases, Dr. Sima has developed a strong understanding of the biological and environmental determinants of healthy aging.
