Bartłomiej Rawski is a specialist-qualified Medical Epidemiologist with over 12 years of experience in Infectious Disease Epidemiology, Vaccinology, and Tropical & Travel Medicine across clinical, academic, and consultancy roles. A graduate of the Medical University of Gdańsk, Bartłomiej Rawski completed specialization in Epidemiology at the Military Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology in Warsaw. Key achievements include developing institutional crisis protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic, designing targeted immunization strategies, and providing expert travel health consultations. Bartłomiej Rawski is committed to strengthening public health systems through evidence-based prevention, emergency preparedness, and global health equity.

Artur Jerzy BADYDA (1978) – full professor (since 2024), specialist in environmental management and environmental health. Since 2016 head of the Department of Informatics and Environment Quality Research of Warsaw University of Technology. His scientific interests are closely related to environmental determinants of health, health impact assessment, with particular emphasis on the influence of ambient air pollution on the environment and human health. Professional interests are focused on issues related to environmental protection management, air quality monitoring, broadly defined environmental protection, environmental impact assessment, health impact assessment and common ecological education, especially in the area of health effects of exposure to air pollution. He also deals with problems of public consultation in the field of infrastructure investments. Former advisor to the Minister of Environment of the Republic of Poland. Current member of the advisory team on the impact of air pollution on health in the Ministry of Health. Currently among others: member of the Editorial Board of the journals: Scientific Reports (since 2026), Applied Sciences (since 2025), Translational Chemistry – An Interface Journal (since 2025), member of the Topical Advisory Panel for International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health (since 2022), deputy editor-in-chief of the journal Alergoprofil (since 2019), member of the scientific board of the journal Medycyna Środowiskowa – Environmental Medicine (since 2015), statistical editor in The Polish journal of sports medicine (since 2011). In 2010-2018 he was also the editor-in-chief of the journal Challenges of modern technology. He is the President of the Foundation for Young Scientists (since 2010) and Vice-chairman (since 2021) of The Central Youth Commission in Polish Federation of Engineering Associations – NOT (previously chairman in 2008-2021). In 2010-2019 he was also a member of the National Commission for Environmental Impact Assessment. He works in scientific and professional societies being the member of the Environment and Health Committee in European Respiratory Society (since 2026), Scientific Committee on Environmental Engineering of the Polish Academy of Sciences (since 2024), Advisory team on the Strategic Action Plan for Environmental Education in the Ministry of Climate and Environment (since 2024) as well as Advisory Team on the impact of air pollution on health in the Ministry of Health (since 2018). He is also the member of American Thoracic Society (since 2025), International Society for Environmental Epidemiology, Europe Chapter (since 2020), Polish Society of Environmental Medicine (since 2014), expert on environmental determinants of health in the Polish Federation of Asthma, Allergy and COPD Patients’ Associations (since 2013), member of The Polish Association of Cleaner Production (since 2012), Polish Society of Lung Diseases (since 2012) and European Respiratory Society (since 2011). In addition, he is also a member of numerous advisory groups in the public sector and commercial enterprises.

Sebastiano Venturi, studied goiter, cretinism and the extrathyroidal antioxidant action of iodine in human organisms. He reported the first articles on the association of iodine and stomach, breast and salivary glands cancer, presented in Beijing and London Congresses. He also published the first study on the evolutionary antioxidant aspect of iodine in the primitive living cells. In 2020-25 he studied the first correlation on Cesium-137, Pancreatic and Salivary Cancers, Pancreatitis & Diabetes and reported this association and paper at St. Petersburg (2022) and Singapore (2025) International Congresses through the experimental form of "Dialogue" with Artificial Intelligence (A.I.).In 2026, Venturi published a paper on evolutionary mismatch theory in an article on artificial radionuclides (and particularly in a scintigraphy with Iodine-131) regarding to vulnerability of arteries and diabetes ("CCPDA Theory"). In 2000, Venturi reported also in [iodine in biology the transition of living organisms from a marine environment, rich in primitive antioxidant iodide to a poor terrestrial environment, where the terrestrial plants have compensated by producing, about 4-500 Million years ago, new[antioxidants such as the antiatherosclerotic Vitamin C, and more recently polyphenols and flavonoids. James is the Principal Lecturer - Paramedicine at Robert Gordon University (RGU), Aberdeen.James leads the Paramedicine discipline at RGU and is also responsible for areas across otherdisciplines and streams of work within the School. James supervises post-graduate students,and his teaching primarily focuses on leadership, strategy, influence, public health, law, andethics.James has significant experience in paramedicine and the education of medical and non-medicalprehospital practitioners. James is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a Member of the Academyof Medical Educators, and a Member of the Faculty of Remote, Rural, and HumanitarianHealthcare of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.James holds several vocational and academic qualifications, including an LL.M qualifying lawdegree. James's current research is focused on the professionalisation of the paramedicprofession, with a specific focus on strategy, leadership, and political drivers.

Barbara Piekarska, PhD, Assoc. Prof. at the Medical University of Warsaw, is an expert in environmental health, spatial planning, and ecological safety, bridging the gap between urban development and public health. She has authored over 50 scientific articles and monographs on the environmental determinants of health. Her research focuses on environmental risk assessment, ecological monitoring, and crisis management. She extensively investigates the impact of outdoor and indoor pollution on serious conditions, including circulatory diseases and digestive system cancers (in particular, colorectal and pancreatic cancer). Additionally, she addresses health risks arising from climate change, heatwaves, and natural disasters. A strong advocate for sustainability, she promotes climate mitigation and optimal urban planning, evaluating how factors like housing, transport, and the overall built environment shape long-term human well-being and prosperity.

Dr. Zorka Inić was born on December 4, 1981. During her seventeen years of work at the Institute of Oncology and Radiology of Serbia in Belgrade, she has independently performed a large number of surgeries, primarily for breast cancer, followed by thyroid and parathyroid tumors, melanoma, and other skin cancers, as well as sarcoma surgeries. She passed the oral doctoral exam in Oncology on February 18, 2011. and on December 22, 2015, she completed her doctoral academic studies with the dissertation "Immunohistochemical study of neovascularization and proliferative activity of parathyroid gland tumors." On March 27, 2019, she was appointed to the position of clinical assistant in the narrower scientific field of surgery and anesthesiology (general surgery-oncology) at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade. On November 12, 2019, she enrolled in a subspecialization in Oncology, and she passed the oral exam on June 30, 2021. with a grade of 10. On December 9, 2024, she defended her subspecialty work: "Surgical treatment of young female patients with breast cancer." She has published a large number of papers in international and domestic peer-reviewed journals, where she is either the author or co-author. She is an editor at the Swiss journal "Frontiers in Oncology." She many invited lectures at oncology congresses: two in Rome in 2019 and 2024, and in Singapore in 2019 and in Barselona in 2026, and many oral presentation abroad- Virtual Meeting. She has attended a significant number of international and domestic congresses, where she had accepted papers and oral presentations. She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the European School of Oncology (ESO), the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), and the Serbian Medical Society.

Dr. Melike Bayrak is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nursing at Gaziantep University, Türkiye. She earned her PhD in Nursing from Gaziantep University, with doctoral research on the application of the Transtheoretical Model to problematic internet use. Her research focuses on public health nursing, mental health promotion, disaster preparedness, climate change and health, digital health, and artificial intelligence in healthcare. Dr. Bayrak has published in peer-reviewed international journals, contributed to scientific books, and presented her research at numerous national and international conferences. She teaches undergraduate and graduate nursing courses, supervises graduate students, and actively participates in accreditation and quality improvement activities. Through her research and teaching, she is committed to advancing evidence-based nursing practice and developing innovative, technology-supported approaches to improving population health.

Dr Shapo is an accomplished public health professional with extensive experience driving impactful improvements in healthcare. He has proven success in managing largescale population health projects, conducting evidence-based research, and implementing cost-effective interventions. Dr Shapo has expertise in public health, health and social care integration, policy analysis and advocacy. He is adept at fostering strong partnerships and providing leadership to enhance healthcare services. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Dr Shapo has contributed to the public health response with a particular focus and leading the work on older adults, vaccination uptake, elements of health protection in supporting local care facilities. Dr Shapo have worked across different healthcare organisations in the UK and has international experience working in developing countries collaborating with health leaders including the WHO, UNDP, UNICEF, and DFID. Dr Shapo has published in reputable peer-review journals over the years and is on the Editorial Board of the Journal for Infection Disease Control.

Dr Shane Farrelly MFOM is an International Occupational Health and Population Health specialist with over 35 years’ experience delivering evidence-based occupational health, wellbeing, and strategic absence management across Ireland, the UK, EMEA, and the Americas. He is CEO and Medical Director of SomarMed, European Clinical Director for HealthNEXT, and a Senior Medical Consultant with Optima Health, supporting large employers to strengthen workforce resilience, reduce absence-related costs, and align health strategy with organisational performance and ESG objectives.Dr Farrelly has held senior physician-executive and advisory roles with major multinational employers and public-sector bodies. He has served as a Medical Advisory Committee member for Estée Lauder, advising Board-level and senior executive stakeholders on workforce health strategy, operational risk, and wellbeing governance across UK, EMEA and LATAM.In addition to his advisory roles, Dr Farrelly provides fractional Chief Medical Officer (CMO) support to organisations requiring board-level clinical leadership without a full-time appointment. His work spans complex case management, long-term absence strategy, rehabilitation governance, and independent medical assessments for insurers and pension trustees.During periods of significant operational and public health risk, including the COVID-19 pandemic, he supported multinational organisations in maintaining safe workforce operations while sustaining critical business activity. In a comparable continuity-focused role, he acted as a strategic liaison between Intel/Exyte senior management and Irish statutory agencies (HSE and HSA), helping to ensure regulatory alignment, workforce safety, and continuity of construction and operational activity in a highly regulated environment.
